Beginning in 2005, students from Pace University visited Paraty to learn about this preserved, colonial Portuguese destination located on the coast of Brazil.  Students surveyed the area to find sustainable enterprises that supported the culture, society, environment and economy of this location. Each year the students revisit the locations on Paraty and search for new enterprises to add to this map.  If you discover a sustainable business in Paraty, let us know and we will add it to our map.
